These terms govern your use of the Night Night website and any purchase you make from us. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Night Night is operated by Night Night Pty Ltd, Level 3, Suite 329, 98-100 Elizabeth Street, Melbourne VIC 3000, Australia.
All current orders are preorders. By placing a preorder, you are reserving a unit from the founder release. Your payment is taken at the time of order.
Launch Closing means the date the preorder window officially ends. The estimated dispatch window begins on the Launch Closing Date, not the date you placed your order. We will communicate the Launch Closing Date by email and display it on the website. We will notify you of any changes to this timeline.
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Prices are correct at the time of listing. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Your order will be charged at the price shown at the time you placed it.
Payment is processed securely at checkout via our payment providers. We accept major credit cards and Shop Pay. We do not store payment card details.
Refill subscriptions are recurring. Your nominated payment method will be charged on your selected schedule, either monthly or quarterly, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancellations take effect before the next billing date and you will not be charged for a period you have already cancelled.
Preorders can be cancelled for a full refund before production begins, typically two weeks before the estimated dispatch date. Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled. For faulty or damaged products, see our returns policy.
We take care to describe our products accurately. Minor variations in colour or finish may occur between product images and the physical product. These variations do not constitute a defect.
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
