The ritual works by pairing the same scent with the same context, every night. Your olfactory system connects directly to the part of the brain that decides what feels safe and what feels done. Repeat that pairing consistently and the supply alone begins to trigger the stop. The anchor forms.

The median time to automaticity is 66 nights. Once it holds, stopping is no longer a decision you have to make. It becomes something your body does when the supply enters the room.

Each connection is 10ml of neat, undiluted concentrate. Because there is no dilution, the volume goes considerably further than it appears. The diffuser covers spaces up to 200 cubic metres; in a standard bedroom it operates well within that capacity.

Night Night is in its founder release. Orders are fulfilled as part of the first production run: made to order, not mass-produced. Dispatch is estimated for Late August 2026. You will receive a tracking number the moment your order leaves our facility.

Yes, when used as directed. The diffuser is waterless and uses cold-mist atomisation — no heat, no water, no risk of burns. It runs in short intermittent bursts with automatic timer settings and is designed for bedside use. We recommend the middle setting as the default for best balance of scent and duration. If you have cats, birds, or infants in the household, please read the guidance below before use.

Each connection uses 100% neat fragrance concentrate and is designed to fill the room, not overwhelm it. The diffuser is rated for spaces up to 200m³ (cubic metres),* meaning in a standard bedroom it operates well within its capacity — producing a balanced, ambient result rather than an intense one.

Cats and birds: do not use the diffuser in any room where cats or birds are present. Cats lack the liver enzyme needed to safely metabolise many fragrance compounds — including linalool and terpenes found in all Night Night connections. This is a known risk with fragrance diffusers and applies regardless of the setting used. The same caution applies to birds and other small animals.

Dogs: if your dog sleeps in the room, use the lowest interval setting with ventilation and monitor for any signs of discomfort. If any appear, move your dog out and discontinue use in that space.

Infants and toddlers (under 3): do not use in rooms where they sleep. Children 3 and older: lowest setting, ventilated room, not directly next to their sleeping area.

Pregnancy: consult your healthcare provider before use, particularly in the first trimester.

Our connections are not tested on animals. We do not conduct or commission animal testing at any stage of our production process.

Yes, when used as directed. Our connections are formulated for use in a cold-mist diffuser in a normally ventilated room. They are not intended for skin contact, ingestion, or direct inhalation. Keep away from eyes. If you have a fragrance sensitivity or a respiratory condition, we recommend consulting your healthcare provider before use.

Blot immediately with a dry cloth. Do not rub. If contact occurs with skin, wash the area with soap and water. Keep away from eyes. The concentrate may stain porous surfaces, so act quickly. If irritation occurs after skin contact, discontinue use and seek advice from a pharmacist or healthcare provider.

Once opened, use the connection within 12 months or discard. Unopened connections are stable for 24 months from the date of manufacture when stored in a cool, dry location. The batch number and manufacture date are printed on the base of each bottle. If you notice any unusual discolouration, cloudiness, or off-character smell, do not use.
