Yes. You may cancel your preorder for a full refund at any time before production begins, typically two weeks prior to the estimated dispatch date. To cancel, email hello@nightnight.au with your order number. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Once production has begun, we are unable to cancel orders. This is because your kit is manufactured specifically for your order.
If your product arrives faulty or is damaged in transit, we will replace it or issue a full refund, your choice. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at hello@nightnight.au with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a resolution promptly. You do not need to return a damaged item before we process a replacement or refund.
If you receive an item different from what you ordered, contact us within 14 days. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent at no additional cost.
Due to the nature of fragrance products, we do not accept change of mind returns on opened connections. Unopened connections in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of receipt at your cost. A refund will be issued for the returned items once we receive and inspect them.
Subscription shipments follow the same returns conditions as one-time orders. To cancel your subscription before the next billing date, update your settings in your account or email us. Cancellations take effect before the next scheduled shipment.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major failure, you are entitled to choose a refund or replacement. If a product has a minor failure, we may repair or replace it.
Email hello@nightnight.au with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos if the item is damaged or incorrect. We will respond within two business days.
